Terms & Conditions:
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the “My Perfect Raya Moment” Facebook Contest @ Nexus Bangsar South Campaign” (“Campaign”) which is organised by the management of Sunny Uptown Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”). Any person who participates in the Campaign, whether directly or indirectly (“Participant”), shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound to the Terms and Conditions herein contained.
1. Adherence to Campaign Terms and Conditions
1.1 By participating in the Campaign, Participants shall be deemed to have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein contained, and the decisions of the Organiser.
1.2 The judging criteria should be based on 50% (Originality and Adherence/Appropriateness to Theme), 30% (Image Quality) and 20% (Story/Mood).
2. Duration
2.1 The Campaign runs from 25 June 2017 – 7 July 2017.
2.2 The Organiser reserves the right to vary or change the dates and duration period of the Campaign at any time without any prior notice.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Subject to Clause 3.2 below, the Campaign is opened to all visitors to the Bangsar South Facebook page www.facebook.com/BangsarSouth.
3.2 The following persons (which shall be determined by the Organiser at its sole and absolute discretion) shall not be eligible to participate in the Campaign:-
(a) Any permanent and/or contract employees of UOA Development Berhad (“UOA”), UOA’s subsidiaries and/or companies affiliated to UOA, and their immediate family members.
(b) Representatives, participating outlets and/or agents (including advertising agencies, promotional agencies of UOA, UOA’s subsidiaries and/or companies affiliated to UOA),and their staff and theirs and their staff’s immediate family members.
4. Campaign Prizes
4.1 There are a limited number of Nexus Gift Vouchers worth RM350.00, RM250.00 and RM200.00 (Ringgit Malaysia) each to be won in the Campaign.
4.2 A Participant is only entitled to win 1 [one] prize through-out the entire Campaign period.
4.3 The Nexus Gift Vouchers is not exchangeable and/or transferable or redeemable for cash and the usage of the voucher shall be subject to validity period and terms and conditions as stipulated by the Organiser.
4.4 The Nexus Gift Vouchers is only redeemable at participating outlet stated by the Organiser.
4.5 If the total spending exceeds the vouchers amount, the difference thereof shall be paid by the bearer. However, if the total spending is less than the vouchers amount, the difference thereof shall not be refunded to the bearer, Participant or to any other persons.
5. Notification of Campaign Winners
5.1 The winner(s) will be notified via Bangsar South Facebook after the Campaign ends and the winners are required to email his/her full name, identification details, mobile no. and email addresses to retailanp@uoa.com.my. Winners will be notified by phone to collect their Nexus Gift Vouchers at Nexus Information Counter upon receiving the complete personal details from the winner(s). The Organiser shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for the winners not receiving the emails.
5.2 The Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prize for any winner who does not provide the required details in accordance with Clause 5.1 and the decision of the Organiser is final and binding.
6. Rights of the Organiser
6.1 The Organiser’s decision in selecting the winner(s) for the Campaign is final and conclusive. Correspondence will not be entertained.
6.2 The Organiser reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to the Terms and Conditions herein contained at any time and from time to time without prior notice.
7. Liability and Responsibility
7.1 All Participants (including winners) in the Campaign shall assume full responsibility in case of any accident, damage or loss resulting from participation in any manner in the Campaign.
7.2 All transportation, accommodation, administration costs and personal costs including but not limited to any other costs, fees and/or expenses that are incurred to participate in the Campaign and/or redemption and/or usage of the vouchers shall be the sole responsibility of the winners.
8. General Terms & Conditions
8.1 Participation in the Campaign shall be deemed as permission to the Organiser, UOA and their agencies, to do the following:-
(a) disclose the winners’ particulars to the Organiser’s agents and supplier for purposes of emailing the Nexus Gift Vouchers ; and
(b) at their sole discretion, to use, publish and display the names and other particulars of the Participant including but not limited to their photographs and/or I/C numbers and/or audio and/or visual recording for advertising and publicity purposes without any compensation paid or notice given.
8.2 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign at any time without notice and participants shall not be entitled, in the event of such cancellation, termination or suspension, to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any loss or damage incurred by the participant as a direct and/or indirect result of the cancellation, termination or suspension.
8.3 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify all entries from any participant in the Campaign and prohibit that person from further participating in the Campaign in the event that there is a suspicion that the participant tampered with or benefited from the tampering of the Campaign or the Terms and Conditions stated herein.
